Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 to create AI content or connect social accounts (13+ with guardian/coach supervision for fitness features). You are responsible for your account, your credentials, and activity under your account.

FitCore provides AI-assisted workout/meal plans, scheduling, habits, payments, and gym/client management. AvatarFlow generates AI avatar videos and helps schedule and publish content to social platforms you connect. Features may change over time.

• Don't use the services for anything illegal, deceptive, harmful, or that infringes others' rights.
• Don't publish content that violates a connected platform's rules, spreads harmful misinformation, or impersonates others.
• Don't attempt to bypass platform integrity systems, rate limits, or automated-content disclosure requirements.
• Fitness content is general information, not medical advice — consult a professional before changing diet or exercise.

You direct what AvatarFlow creates and approve what is published (including via approval rules you configure). You are responsible for the content you publish and for ensuring it complies with each connected platform's terms. Where required, content is labeled as AI-generated. Your use of each connected platform (Instagram/ Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) is also governed by that platform's own terms; you authorize us to act on your behalf only within the permissions you grant and may revoke access anytime.

Paid features and purchases (including in-app store and class registrations) are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise.

You retain rights to content you create; you grant us a limited license to host, process, and publish it to deliver the service. Lyfr retains all rights to the platform itself.

The services and AI outputs are provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lyfr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

You may stop using the services and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or a platform's rules.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
